Introduction into Employment in Hospitality

This qualification has been designed for people who have not worked in, or need a refresher in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism, and are looking to secure an entry level job.

It is designed to equip learners with relevant industry knowledge and understanding of job roles and skills, as well as the confidence and motivation to quickly adjust to their chosen role.

It includes Level 2 Food Safety, Level 2 Health and Safety and Customer Service qualifications

The units are assessed using a combination of internal and external assessment. The assessment will be based upon the achievement of all of the specified Learning Outcomes.
