Erin pursued her passion for English alongside her role, earning an honours degree in the subject. She embraces the diverse opportunities this position offers, including establishing English courses for second-language learners. Erin finds genuine fulfilment in the field of education, where she can wholeheartedly assist individuals in reaching their aspirations.
Meet Patryk, one of our dedicated Security Trainers. With over 20 years of experience in the security industry and as a Close Protection Officer, Patryk brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His background as a Martial Arts Instructor and his passion for hiking reflect his commitment to physical and mental discipline. As a Security Trainer, Patryk enjoys sharing his skills and experience with others, ensuring that safety and security remain top priorities. We're proud to have Patryk on our team, leading by example and inspiring others to reach their full potential.
Introducing Xane, one of our Trainers here at Blueprint! Xane started his journey with us, working in our events department, where his enthusiasm for teaching and sharing knowledge quickly became apparent. His passion for teaching eventually led him to transition to our esteemed training team. In his role as a Trainer, Xane delivers a wide array of courses, ranging from SIA conflict management, Door Supervisor, Security Officer, CCTV and Health and Safety training. Notably, one of Xane's stand-out passion projects was developing a mental health first aid course.
Recently, we had the pleasure of catching up with Avril, our Head of Blueprint Avril is a vital part of our organisation. She made her mark in our events department and now leads our training initiatives. Avril continues to play a key role in Blueprint's approach to training delivery, offering the best service to our people. Avril’s favourite part of her role is empowering the team. She takes great pride in mentoring her colleagues, fostering professional growth, and creating a supportive environment.
